Staying active is important to him and he looks forward to participating in active sport teams here in Nashville.
Ferial is a graduate of Iowa State University and has a background in Retail. Working for JC Penney as a manager for nearly 10yrs, we convinced her to join us here in our day to day operations and she never looked back. She has been with the clinic since 1996 and makes it all come together just right. Her philosophy is do it right the first time and save yourself the unwanted surprises and additional workload later. She is the picture of health and vibrancy.

Lauren graduated from Auburn University with a bachelors degree in apparel merchandising in 2011. She moved with her husband, Chris, to San Francisco, and in her time there she grew her yoga practice. Due to intense physical activity during training, she experienced injury first hand. Chiropractic work provided healing and enabled her to get back to what she loves. This prompted a career change and Lauren is now a CTA as well as a certified yoga teacher, with an emphasis on restorative movement. You can bribe Lauren with puppies, coffee and food covered in hot sauce.
Kelly Graves has been with Action Spine & Joint since February 2016. Kelly has earned her chiropractic therapist license and is working on her X-ray technician license. Family Nurse Practitioner
Anne is a Nashville native and one of the newest additions to Action Spine & Joint. She graduated from Vanderbilt in 2018 and now works as a Family Nurse Practitioner. While at Vanderbilt, Anne participated in two interdisciplinary fellowships and learned the value of collaborating with members of other professions. She loves how the team of chiropractors, physical therapists, neurologists, and other specialists at Action is able to provide holistic, patient-centered care that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Prior to her nursing education, Anne earned a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Belmont University and a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. She worked for over five years as a nationally certified medical Spanish interpreter. She is fluent in Spanish and is dedicated to providing care that is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based.
Anne is the proud mother of twin boys, Sam and Jack, who are five years old. When they aren’t exploring at Percy Warner Park or rigging their house with booby traps, the three of them spend most of their time together in the kitchen making soups, homemade pizzas, and cookies. She has likely eaten an eggshell or two in the process, but that is to be expected when cooking with kindergarteners.
I’m a native Nashvillian. I graduated from Fr. Ryan and went on to attend WKU. My background is in sales and service, but I have a passion for wellness and fitness and continue to work when I can at my local community gym. I enjoy spending summers at the lake and I’m a very proud mom to a teenage son.
